Physician Coaching

Dr. Bruce has served as pastor, health care administrator, counselor, spiritual director, and professional coach over the last 30 years. He has a passion to encourage people to live out their call. As Former executive director of Christian Community Health Fellowship. He worked, counseled, and inspired medical professionals across the country.

Physicians functions in an environment which places great demands upon them. They are required to provide quality, compassionate medical care, lead
their staff and coworkers, and run the business portion of their practice.
All of this must be balanced with the demands of their family and
personal life. Physicians often receive little support from others. They
alone must be the one with the answers.

What is a Physician Coach?

The Physician Coach provides regular opportunities to discuss matters that a doctor wrestles with. The coach provides a listening ear and guidance
during each encounter.

How does this work?  The regular meetings consist of a 30 to 45 minute phone call every two weeks. During these calls the discussion will focus on the issues
identified by the physician. There will be time to address current
pressing issues along with review of any assignment from previous sessions.
