Dr. Bruce G. Jackson, M.A. Bruce has over 25 years of ministry experience. He is passionate about community development and is the Executive Director of Community Collaboration Transformation (CCT), an organization working to unite the church, the business sector, and the public by providing these groups with the tools they need to bring transformation to their communities.

Bruce is a sought-after conference speaker and workshop leader, and he has worked with many organizations and churches by providing coaching, consultation, and guidance. Throughout his career, he has supported individuals, families, Christian workers and leaders through counseling and spiritual formation.

In his ministry roles, Bruce served at Allegheny Center Alliance Church (ACAC) for over 19 years, assuming a variety of positions from youth/family pastor to executive pastor. He was involved in starting a nonprofit Christian Health Care Center that served alongside the church. While serving at ACAC, he was involved in the effort of community development in the city of Pittsburgh, PA.

Bruce served as Executive Director of North Side Christian Health Center in Pittsburgh, a primary care health center serving the uninsured and underinsured. He also served as Executive Director of Christian Community Health Fellowship, a national organization working with health centers, students, and clinicians to address the issue of health care for the poor. Through these roles, he became passionate about physicians and has provided counsel and care to numerous physicians throughout the country.

Most recently, Bruce has been working with churches and nonprofits to assist their staff in excelling in accomplishing their mission, as well as working with churches to develop nonprofit corporations for the purpose of community development. A portion of Bruce’s time is devoted to working with individuals to assist them in developing their spiritual and personal growth in fulfilling their purpose. He has coached pastors, physicians, and variety of business professionals.

His formal training has been in the areas of counseling, spiritual formation and theology. He received his undergraduate degree at Taylor University and graduate degrees at Wheaton College Graduate School and Duquesne University.  He received his D. Min from Bakke Graduate University in Doctor of Ministry in Leadership Transformation. His work centered around Collaborative Community Transformation.  He aslo as an instructor at Bakke Graduate University.

Bruce is an avid runner, having finished thirteen marathons in the last eight years. He is married to Amy, who grew up in Taiwan, where her parents served for Free Methodist Missions and then with Overseas Missionary Fellowship. Bruce and Amy have three grown children: Bryan, Emily, and Matthew.
