In 1987 my life changed...Bruce Jackson began teaching and coaching me the art of leading from a Kingdom perspective rather than managing from the world perspective.  Faith in business is what I call his teaching.  A selfless, servant style of leadership.

As my inspirational guide he has opened my mind, my heart and passion to allow God’s free rein in my life and in all daily activities such as family, spiritual, private and business (from our family room to the board room) . He has helped change my behaviors, my actions, my attitude through this process of my life.

We have had many discussions on humility, new perspectives on organic rather than mechanical style of management, community and choices. These discussions are tailored to each incidence and we work through using Kingdom principles and actions.

Bruce has a skill of active listening far greater than anyone I have met in all my years of leading other. He asks the right questions. Through his listening and questions he has been able to draw out new learning in my life.
