Interim Pastor

In addition to coaching, Pastor Bruce also is available to churches to serve as interim pastor. He has assisted congregations in capacity building, staff development and ministry development. Through his community work he has assisted congregations to understand and establish community engagement. The interim pastoral services include preaching, pastoral care, leadership development, ministry development, and organizational development.
